- I worked at ADTRAN for a couple of years, and the company is an OEM for Telstra. I helped write one of the scripting languages the company uses to test their products, which are really ours!
- A number of companies are realizing that their offshoring of customer service is pising off its customers--not in a DEY TOOK ER JOB kind of way, but in a ..WHAT? ..WHAT? ..WHAT? kind of way--and moving them back onshore. Apparently, the savings gained in offshoring tech support is counterbalanced by lost revenue with disgruntled non-repeat customers.
