The news was just on. Katoomba, in the Blue Mountains, got a 1/2 centimeter of snow. The schools closed, and there were shots of kids sliding down snow-covered slopes (with green showing through) on cardboard panels. I love Australia.
Actually that's a lie. I was wearing two sweaters, a shirt, a coat, two hoods and gloves, and I was just barely comfortable while waiting for the bus. We finally turned the heat on, despite Dad's complaints that it's a waste. Apparently we're going down to -1 C tommorrow :o
I had beef curry and garlic nan for lunch, and that rocked. I love Indian food.
